Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method or TWN-KL store credit. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

Final sale items are not eligible for return, including custom or made-to-order pieces, engraved items, sale or promotional purchases, earrings, international orders, and any item marked Final Sale. Return shipping costs apply, while returns for store credit are free.
