Shipping policy

Processing times vary

  • In-stock items typically ship within 2–4 business days.
  • Items with extended lead times (2–3 weeks, 4–8 weeks, or up to 8+ weeks) will be noted on the product page.
  • Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

At checkout, all items show an estimated ship date. Orders containing multiple items will ship together once all items are ready, unless otherwise arranged.

Domestic Shipping

TWN-KL offers free standard ground shipping on all domestic orders

Depending on the destination, we may ship using major carriers including UPS, USPS, FedEx, and/or DHL.

Once an order has shipped, the tracking information will be sent via email provided by the customer.

International Shipping

International orders ship via carriers such as DHL, USPS International, or FedEx International, depending on the destination.

  • Import duties, VAT, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the purchase price.
  • These charges are assessed by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Customs processing times vary by country.

PACKAGES LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN

We understand how stressful it can be when a package is delayed, lost, or stolen. While we will always do our best to assist, TWN-KL is not responsible for packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Packages returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address will require the customer to cover the cost of reshipment.

Delivered Packages

If a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier but cannot be located:

  • TWN-KL is not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
  • Delivery details can be verified using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email.

Packages Lost in Transit

If a package is lost while in transit and never marked as delivered:

  • This becomes the responsibility of the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL).
  • Customers must contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim.

We’re always here to guide you through the process, but carrier policies prevent us from replacing or refunding packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed.

Item Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking number shows “Delivered” but the package is not at your location, please do not worry—this can happen when carriers scan parcels as delivered slightly ahead of actual arrival.

Our shipments do not require a signature upon delivery, and occasional delays or delivery inconsistencies can occur due to high package volume or carrier operational issues.

Please contact the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL) directly and provide them with your tracking number. They will have the most accurate and up-to-date information and can assist you further, as delivery details are managed solely by the carrier once the package leaves our facility.
